Description

This precision-machined inner Constant Velocity (CV) joint kit is manufactured to exact original equipment specifications to deliver smooth, vibration-free torque transfer from the transaxle to the drive wheels. Constructed from high-strength forged alloy steel with precision-ground ball tracks and internal raceways, this 100mm flange-type inner joint is engineered to withstand extreme rotational forces and continuous angular deflection during suspension travel. Replacing a worn, pitted, or dry inner CV joint eliminates severe drivetrain shudder under acceleration, transmission flange play, and knocking clunks during gear changes.

Thoroughly clean the gearbox stub axle drive flange before bolting down. Torque gearbox flange M8/M10 multi-spline (XZD) drive bolts to original factory specifications.
