RSK Motor Spares — Shipping Policy

At RSK Motor Spares, we aim to get your parts delivered quickly and safely, no matter where you are in South Africa. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship nationwide across South Africa using reliable courier partners.

  • Deliveries can be made to residential, business, or workshop addresses.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship outside South Africa at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local (Johannesburg & surrounding areas): 2–5 business days.

  • Major Cities (Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, etc.): 3–7 business days.

  • Outlying / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days, depending on courier schedules.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.

  • Free or discounted shipping may apply during promotions or for bulk orders (when specified).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or Whatsapp.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress online.

6. Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase. RSK Motor Spares will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Once the order has been delivered and signed for, the responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and item.

  • In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Collection Option (Johannesburg Customers)

  • Customers may opt to collect directly from our store at:
    10 Beaumont Street, Booysens, Johannesburg, South Africa

  • Collection is available during business hours:
    Mon–Fri: 8am–5pm | Sat: 8am–2pm | Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays
