Description

This direct-replacement electro-pneumatic pressure converter valve (N75 solenoid valve) is manufactured to original equaudiipment standards to control vacuum flow to the variable-geometry turbocharger (VGT) actuator and EGR bypass mechanisms in VAG 1.6 TDI and 2.0 TDI engines. Built with precision electromagnetic coils, oil-resistant synthetic diaphragms, and reinforced vacuum ports, this valve converts engine control unit (ECU) duty-cycle signals into exact pneumatic pressure regulation. Replacing a worn, diaphragm-torn, or stick-prone pressure converter resolves turbo lag, engine limping, power loss under load, turbo overboost/underboost fault codes (P0299 / P0234), and glow plug light flashing under acceleration.

Important Fitment Note: Inspect all connecting rubber vacuum lines for cracks, hardening, or oil contamination during replacement.
