Application Note: Engineered for Volkswagen T4 2.4D/2.5 TDI, Mercedes-Benz OM366 trucks and buses, DAF 75 CF, MAN commercial fleets, and agricultural equipment requiring a heavy-duty 13AV (13mm top width) raw-edge cogged profile at 1325mm outer length. Important Fitment Note: Inspect pulley grooves thoroughly for rust scale, dirt accumulation, or wall wear prior to installation. Never force or lever the belt over pulley edges with screwdrivers or sharp tools, as this causes internal cord fractures; loosen the tensioning bracket or idler pulley fully, slide the belt on smoothly, and adjust tension to standard specification (10–12 mm flex on the longest free span under firm thumb pressure). Re-check belt tension after the initial 50 km or 5 hours of operation.
