Application Note: Specifically engineered for Toyota Land Cruiser 2H, 3H, 3F, and 1HZ heavy-duty 4x4 utility platforms requiring a heavy-duty 17AV (17mm top width) raw-edge cogged V-belt profile. Important Fitment Note: Clean all pulley grooves thoroughly with a wire brush to remove rust, scale, mud, oil, and rubber glaze prior to fitting. Inspect pulleys for uneven groove wear or misalignment. Do not force or lever the belt over pulley flanges with screwdrivers as this fractures internal tension cords; slacken the adjustment bracket or tensioner pulley completely, fit the belt, and adjust tension to factory deflection specifications (approx. 10–12 mm flex on the longest span under moderate thumb pressure). Re-check belt tension after 50 km or 5 hours of operation.
