Description
This OEM-specification cartridge wrap diesel fuel filter element is engineered to deliver high-efficiency fuel filtration and water separation for modern high-pressure common rail diesel injection systems. Constructed with multi-layered synthetic media wrapped in a protective shell, it captures microscopic abrasive particulates, rust, and fuel contaminants down to low-micron levels while trapping harmful emulsified water. Replacing a clogged or saturated diesel filter during routine maintenance protects sensitive high-pressure fuel pumps and precision injectors from premature wear, prevents engine power loss, and maintains optimal fuel economy.

Application Note: Engineered for popular Toyota D-4D, Isuzu D-Teq / D-Max, Mazda BT-50, and Mitsubishi Di-D common rail turbo diesel engines requiring a cartridge wrap fuel filter. Important Fitment Note: Thoroughly clean the fuel filter canister housing and drain trapped water prior to installing the new filter element. Inspect and fit the new rubber sealing O-rings, coating them lightly with clean diesel fuel. Take care not to contaminate the clean side of the filter during assembly. After securing the housing lid, manually prime the fuel system using the hand primer pump until firm before starting the engine to eliminate air pockets.
