Application Note: Specifically engineered for Toyota Hilux Vigo and Fortuner 3.0L D-4D (1KD-FTV) turbo-diesel and 4.0L V6 (1GR-FE) petrol models. Important Fitment Note: Bench-bleed the new master cylinder to purge trapped air from the primary and secondary internal fluid circuits before mounting it to the brake booster. Flush the entire braking system thoroughly with fresh DOT 4 hydraulic brake fluid during installation. Ensure the pushrod clearance between the vacuum booster and master cylinder piston is correctly aligned, and perform a complete 4-wheel brake line bleeding procedure prior to road testing.
