Description

This high-performance raw-edge cogged V-belt (13AV profile / 13mm top width, 1225mm outer length) is manufactured to original equipment performance standards using oil- and heat-resistant synthetic rubber compounds, high-tensile internal cord reinforcement, and precision-molded cog teeth. Engineered for auxiliary drive systems—including alternators, cooling fans, water pumps, and hydraulic power steering units—the raw-edge cogged design provides superior flex endurance, increased grip along pulley sidewalls, and lower heat buildup on smaller pulleys under high continuous load. Replacing an old, stretched, or slipping V-belt restores full auxiliary component output and eliminates belt squeal.

Application Note: Engineered for Toyota HiAce 2.4D/TD, Ford Sierra 2.0/2.3/2.8 V6, VW T3 Transporter 1.6TD/1.7D, Iveco Eurocargo, MAN trucks, and Massey Ferguson tractors requiring a 13AV profile at 1225mm outer length. Important Fitment Note: Inspect pulley grooves for oil scale, rust, or uneven wear prior to installation. Never force or lever the belt over pulley edges with screwdrivers or pry bars, as this fractures internal tensile cords; fully back off the tensioner adjustment, slip the belt on by hand, and set tension to 10–12 mm deflection on the longest free span under firm thumb pressure. Re-check belt tension after 50 km or 5 hours of operation.
