This heavy-duty raw-edge cogged V-belt (10AV profile / 10mm top width, 1225mm effective outer length) is manufactured to original equipment specification standards using heat- and oil-resistant synthetic rubber compounds, precision-molded cog teeth, and high-tensile polyester internal tension cords. Engineered for demanding single- or multi-groove V-belt drive systems—including alternators, cooling fans, water pumps, power steering pumps, and air conditioning compressors across classic European passenger cars, light commercial vans, heavy buses, and 4x4 utility vehicles—the raw-edge cogged design provides superior flexibility around smaller pulley radii, enhanced sidewall friction grip, and minimal heat generation under continuous operation.
