This direct-replacement spin-on engine oil filter is manufactured to original equipment specifications to provide high-efficiency oil filtration, stable hydraulic pressure, and comprehensive internal engine protection. Designed with high-density pleated synthetic blended filter media housed inside a heavy-duty steel casing, it traps abrasive particles, dust, and combustion sludge. Complete with an anti-drainback valve to prevent dry cold starts and a pressure-relief bypass valve to maintain continuous oil flow under high thermal loading, this unit ensures reliable lubrication across every service interval. Application Note: Specifically engineered for Opel, Chevrolet, Isuzu, Daewoo, and Suzuki petrol engine applications requiring M18 x 1.5 thread pitch spin-on oil filters. Important Fitment Note: Thoroughly clean the engine block mounting pad and remove any old gasket residue prior to installation. Apply a clean film of fresh engine oil to the filter's rubber sealing gasket. Thread the filter on by hand until the rubber gasket contacts the engine mounting face, then tighten an additional 3/4 to 1 full turn. Do not over-tighten with a filter wrench. Re-check engine oil dipstick levels and run the engine to verify zero oil seepage around the base seal.
