Application Note: Specifically engineered for heavy commercial transport trucks, 4x4 diesel platforms, and industrial machinery requiring a wide 20AV (20mm top width) heavy-duty V-belt profile. Important Fitment Note: Clean all pulley grooves with a wire brush to remove rust, scale, oil, and glaze buildup prior to installation. Inspect pulleys for uneven wear or misalignment. Avoid forcing or prying the belt over pulley edges with screwdrivers as this fractures internal tension cords; slacken the adjustment bracket or tensioner pulley completely, fit the belt, and adjust tension to factory deflection specifications (approx. 10–12 mm flex on the longest span under moderate thumb pressure). Re-check belt tension after 50 km or 5 hours of operation.
