Description
This heavy-duty mechanical handbrake cable is manufactured to precise original equipment dimensions to restore safe, responsive parking brake engagement and holding power in Nissan light commercial vehicles and 4x4 platforms. Important Fitment Note: Clean and inspect all chassis mounting brackets, equalizer linkages, and rear drum shoe levers prior to routing the cable. Route the outer sheath along factory chassis retention clips without sharp bends or pinching against exhaust components. Adjust the handbrake lever tension to achieve full rear shoe engagement within 5 to 7 clicks after ensuring the rear brake shoes are correctly auto-adjusted.
