Application Note: Specifically engineered for Nissan KA24E 2.4L 12-Valve SOHC naturally aspirated 4-cylinder petrol engines. (Note: Does not fit later KA24DE 16-Valve DOHC engine variants). Important Fitment Note: Includes primary timing chain, hydraulic timing chain tensioner, fixed guide rail, tensioner slide rail, camshaft timing sprocket, crankshaft timing gear, and oil slinger. Thoroughly clean the engine front timing cover and inspect the oil sump strainer for plastic fragments from old, worn guide rails prior to installation. Always set the engine to Top Dead Center (TDC) on cylinder #1 and line up the bright timing links with the punch marks on the sprockets during reassembly.
