Application Note: Specifically engineered for Nissan 1.5L dCi K9K turbo diesel engine platforms. Important Fitment Note: Allow the engine to cool down completely prior to removing the old housing. Thoroughly clean the engine block mating surface to remove all scale, dirt, and residual gasket material. Ensure the pre-installed sealing ring is positioned correctly prior to mounting. Torque mounting bolts evenly in a cross pattern to factory torque specification to avoid housing flange distortion. Refill the cooling system with factory-approved Type-D / GLACEOL RX coolant and perform a complete system bleed to remove trapped air before road testing.
