This high-performance raw-edge cogged power transmission V-belt (13AV profile / 13mm top width, 1475mm outer length) is manufactured to original equipment specifications using oil- and heat-resistant polychloroprene synthetic rubber compound, deep molded cogs, and high-tensile internal cord reinforcement. Engineered for demanding primary auxiliary drive loops (alternator, water pump, power steering pump, and cooling fan assemblies), the raw-edge cogged design delivers exceptional flex fatigue resistance, enhanced airflow for reduced running temperatures, and superior grip around small-diameter pulleys under heavy engine load. Replacing a stretched, cracked, glazed, or slipping drive belt restores efficient accessory power transfer, prevents battery discharge and engine overheating, and eliminates high-pitch belt squeal.

Application Note: Specifically engineered for Toyota LandCruiser 4.0D, Mazda BT-50 3.0, Holden Rodeo/Jackaroo, Nissan 300ZX, and heavy commercial fleet applications requiring a heavy-duty 13AV (13mm top width) raw-edge cogged profile at 1475mm outer length. Important Fitment Note: Inspect all pulley grooves for rust scale, oil residue, or uneven wall wear prior to installation. Never pry or force the belt over pulley rims using screwdrivers, as this fractures internal cord reinforcement; loosen the tensioning bracket or idler pulley completely, position the belt smoothly, and set tension to standard specification (10–12 mm flex on the longest free span under firm thumb pressure). Re-check belt tension after the initial 50 km or 5 hours of operation.
