Description

This direct-replacement, in-tank low-pressure electric fuel pump module assembly is engineered to precision original equipment standards to restore consistent fuel delivery, line pressure, and accurate fuel-level sensing in Land Rover Range Rover L322 TD6 models. Built with an electric motor, an integrated fuel level sender float, an internal swirl pot, and a coarse inlet filter strainer, this module feeds diesel smoothly from the tank to the high-pressure common rail fuel system. Replacing a worn or failing pump addresses hard starting, loss of power under heavy acceleration, engine stalling caused by fuel starvation, erroneous fuel gauge readings, and electric motor whining.

Replace the main external inline fuel filter concurrently. Always use a new rubber tank seal ring when reinstalling the locking ring collar to prevent diesel fumes or liquid leaks when the fuel tank is filled. Ensure the electrical plug harness pins and tank seal seated surface are completely dry before reconnecting power.
