Description

This precision-machined front wheel hub is manufactured to original equipment specifications to provide a rigid mounting surface for the front brake disc rotor and road wheel assembly while housing the drive axle splines. Forged from high-grade carbon steel and heat-treated for enhanced fatigue resistance, this wheel hub eliminates rotational runout and vibration. Replacing a warped, worn, or splineless front hub eliminates wheel wobbling, persistent front-end vibration under braking, uneven rotor wear, and severe grinding noises caused by inner bearing track gauling.

Application Note: Specifically engineered for Kia Pride, Kia Rio I (DC), Mazda 121, and Ford Festiva front-wheel-drive platforms. Important Fitment Note: Clean the drive axle spline shaft and hub housing thoroughly prior to installation. Inspect the front wheel bearing press-fit race surface in the steering knuckle—if replacing the hub due to bearing failure, always press in a brand-new front wheel bearing set at the same time. Never use impact wrenches to draw the drive axle CV shaft into the hub splines; torque the central axle hub nut strictly to factory specifications using a calibrated torque wrench and stake the locking flange securely.
