Engineered for demanding accessory drive systems (alternator, water pump, air conditioning compressor, power steering pump, and cooling fan loops), the raw-edge cogged design delivers maximum flex fatigue resistance, improved airflow for reduced operating temperatures, and superior grip around small-diameter pulleys under heavy engine load. Application Note: Specifically engineered for John Deere agricultural tractors, Isuzu, Nissan, and commercial fleet applications requiring a heavy-duty 13AV (13mm top width) raw-edge cogged profile at 1500mm outer length. Important Fitment Note: Inspect all pulley sheaves for rust scale, oil residue, or excessive groove wear prior to installation. Never force or lever the belt over pulley edges using screwdrivers, as this fractures internal cord reinforcement; loosen the tensioning bracket or idler pulley completely, position the belt smoothly, and set belt tension to standard spec (approx. 10–12 mm flex on the longest span under moderate thumb pressure). Re-check belt tension after the initial 50 km or 5 hours of operation.
