Description
This heavy-duty raw-edge cogged power transmission V-belt (13AV section / 13mm top width, 1550mm outer length) is manufactured to original equipment specifications using oil- and heat-resistant polychloroprene synthetic rubber, deep-molded cogs, and high-tensile internal cord reinforcement. Designed for high-load primary drive assemblies (alternator, water pump, fan, and steering pump systems), the raw-edge cogged construction provides maximum flex fatigue resistance, enhanced heat dissipation, and superior friction grip around small-diameter pulleys. Replacing a worn, slipping, glazed, or cracked V-belt restores efficient accessory output, prevents battery discharge and engine overheating, and eliminates loud drive belt squeal during heavy engine loading.

Application Note: Specifically engineered for Isuzu KB 250 Diesel, KB 280 DT, D-Max, and heavy commercial/agricultural applications requiring a heavy-duty 13AV (13mm top width) raw-edge cogged profile at 1550mm length. Important Fitment Note: Inspect pulley sheaves for rust, debris, or excessive wall wear before installation. Do not force or lever the belt over pulley edges with tools, as this causes internal cord damage and premature snap failure; slacken the tensioning bracket or idler completely, install the belt smoothly, and set belt tension to standard spec (10–12 mm deflection on the longest free span under firm thumb pressure). Re-check belt tension after the initial 50 km or 5 hours of service.
