Description
This high-performance raw-edge cogged V-belt (13AV section / 13mm top width, 1350mm outer length) is manufactured to original equipment standards using oil- and heat-resistant synthetic rubber compounds, precision-formed cog teeth, and high-tensile internal polyester load cords. Built specifically for auxiliary drive systems (alternator, power steering, water pump, and air conditioning loops), the raw-edge cogged profile maximizes flexibility around smaller pulleys, reduces heat buildup, and eliminates slippage under heavy engine loads. Replacing a cracked, stretched, or glazed belt restores maximum alternator output and cooling efficiency while preventing belt squeal.

Application Note: Engineered for Isuzu D-Max 2.5/3.0, Land Rover Discovery 1 2.5 TDI, Mercedes-Benz W123 / G-Class, and agricultural applications requiring a 13AV (13mm top width) profile at 1350mm outer length. Important Fitment Note: Clean all pulley grooves of old rubber residue and grease before fitting. Never pry the belt onto pulleys with leverage tools, as this damages internal tensile cords; fully collapse tensioning brackets or idler pulleys, slip the belt on smoothly, and adjust tension to 10–12 mm deflection on the longest free span under thumb pressure. Re-check tension after 50 km of operation.
