This high-performance raw-edge cogged V-belt (13AV profile / 13mm top width, 665mm effective outer length) is manufactured to original equipment specification standards using heat- and oil-resistant synthetic EPDM rubber compounds, precision-molded cog teeth, and high-tensile polyester internal tension cords. Engineered for demanding auxiliary drive systems—including power steering pumps, alternators, and air conditioning compressors—the raw-edge cogged design provides maximum flexibility around smaller pulley diameters, enhanced sidewall friction grip, and minimal heat buildup during continuous operation. Replacing a stretched, cracked, or slipping V-belt restores peak auxiliary component output and eliminates annoying belt noise under heavy electrical or mechanical load.

Application Note: Engineered for Hyundai Getz / Matrix / Elantra Lavita, Kia Rio II, Mitsubishi Galant IV / Eterna IV, and Mercedes-Benz W631 Transporter models requiring a 13AV profile at 665mm outer length. Important Fitment Note: Inspect pulley grooves for oil contamination, rust scale, or sidewall wear prior to installation. Never force or lever the belt over pulley rims with screwdrivers or pry tools, as this fractures internal tensile cords; fully back off the adjustment bracket, slip the belt on smoothly by hand, and set tension to 10–12 mm deflection on the longest free span under firm thumb pressure. Re-check belt tension after 50 km or 5 hours of operation.
