Description
This premium raw-edge cogged V-belt (13AV profile / 13mm top width, 1275mm outer length) is manufactured to original equipment standards using oil- and heat-resistant polychloroprene synthetic rubber, precision-molded cog teeth, and high-tensile polyester internal tension members. Engineered specifically for auxiliary drive systems—including alternators, power steering pumps, water pumps, and air conditioning compressors—the raw-edge cogged design provides superior flex fatigue resistance, high grip performance, and reduced heat buildup around small-diameter pulleys under heavy engine load. Replacing a stretched, glazed, cracked, or slipping V-belt restores full auxiliary component output and eliminates annoying belt noise.

Application Note: Engineered for Hino 300 Series, VW T4 (twin-alternator option), Toyota Land Cruiser & HiLux diesel models, Nissan Patrol, and Mercedes-Benz W123/R107 classic series requiring a 13AV profile at 1275mm outer length. Important Fitment Note: Inspect pulley grooves for excessive side-wall wear, rust scale, or dirt buildup before installing. Never force or pry the belt over pulley lips with screwdrivers or pry bars, as this fractures internal cord reinforcement; loosen the tensioning adjustment bracket fully, fit the belt by hand, and adjust tension to 10–12 mm deflection on the longest free span under thumb pressure. Re-check belt tension after 50 km or 5 hours of operation.
