Description

This high-performance raw-edge cogged V-belt (13AV profile / 13mm top width, 1200mm outer length) is manufactured to original equipment specification standards using heat- and oil-resistant synthetic rubber compounds, molded cogged teeth, and high-tensile polyester internal tension cords. Engineered for demanding auxiliary drive systems—including alternators, cooling fans, water pumps, and air conditioning compressors—the raw-edge cogged construction provides high flexibility around small-diameter pulleys, increased friction grip along pulley sidewalls, and lower heat accumulation under sustained engine loads. Replacing an old, stretched, glazed, or slipping belt restores full power output to auxiliary components and eliminates annoying belt noise.

Application Note: Engineered for Ford Sierra/Scorpio V6, Land Rover Range Rover Classic, Porsche 911/924, Toyota Land Cruiser & HiLux 2.4D/TD, Volvo 740/940, and Massey Ferguson / New Holland tractors requiring a 13AV profile at 1200mm outer length. Important Fitment Note: Inspect pulley grooves for rust scale, dirt accumulation, or sidewall wear prior to installation. Never force or lever the belt over pulley edges with screwdrivers or pry bars, as this fractures internal tensile cords; fully loosen the adjustment bracket, slip the belt on smoothly by hand, and adjust tension to 10–12 mm deflection on the longest free span under firm thumb pressure. Re-check belt tension after 50 km or 5 hours of operation.
