This heavy-duty raw-edge cogged V-belt (13AV profile / 13mm top width, 1250mm outer length) is manufactured to original equipment performance standards using oil- and heat-resistant polychloroprene synthetic rubber compounds, precision-molded cog teeth, and high-tensile polyester tension members. Designed for demanding engine accessory and auxiliary drive systems—including alternators, cooling fans, power steering units, and air conditioning compressors—the raw-edge cogged construction provides superior flexibility around small-diameter pulleys, increased friction grip, and enhanced heat dissipation. Replacing a worn, stretched, or slipping V-belt restores optimal accessory performance and eliminates belt noise under load.

Important Fitment Note: Inspect pulley grooves for oil contamination, uneven wear, or rust scale prior to installation. Never force or lever the belt over pulley edges with screwdrivers or pry tools, as this causes internal cord fracture; loosen the tensioner adjustment bracket fully, install the belt by hand, and adjust to 10–12 mm deflection on the longest free span under firm thumb pressure. Re-check belt tension after 50 km or 5 hours of operation.
