Description

This premium drive belt tensioner assembly is engineered to factory original equipment standards to maintain proper mechanical tension across the main accessory drivetrain. Working dynamically against engine RPM changes, it stabilizes the serpentine loop to prevent slippage, tracking misalignment, and severe vibrations that cause belt failure. Manufactured with a high-grade mechanical spring coil housed in a durable cast aluminum casing, it includes a pre-mounted idler pulley fitted with premium bearings to reduce friction buildup. Replacing a loose, noisy, or seized tensioner ensures uniform power delivery to the high-pressure alternator, water pump, and air conditioning system.
