Description

This direct-replacement external high-pressure electric fuel pump is engineered to original equipment specifications to maintain precise, steady fuel pressure for high-demand Mechanical and Continuous Fuel Injection systems (Bosch K-Jetronic / KE-Jetronic). Operating at a constant continuous pressure of 6.0 Bar (87 PSI), this high-volume roller vane pump delivers the critical system pressure required by continuous injection fuel distributors and high-flow electronic injectors. Constructed with fuel-cooled armature windings, noise-dampened housing, and an integrated non-return check valve, this unit prevents fuel vaporization, hot-start line pressure loss, and high-RPM fuel starvation. Replacing a weak, noisy, or failing high-pressure pump restores crisp throttle response, stable idling, and smooth power delivery across all engine load conditions.

Application Note: Specifically engineered for high-pressure continuous injection systems (Bosch K-Jetronic / KE-Jetronic / Motronic) requiring a continuous system pressure of 6.0 Bar (87 PSI). Important Fitment Note: Flush the fuel tank and replace the main fuel filter and pre-strainer before installation to prevent rust particles or tank debris from binding internal pump rollers. Observe directional flow arrows stamped on the pump body. Ensure positive (+) M5 and negative (-) M4 threaded terminal posts are properly fitted with clean ring terminals and protective rubber boots to avoid electrical arcing or polarity reversal. Never operate the fuel pump without fluid.
