Description

This 3-pin Camshaft Position Sensor (CMP) utilizes reliable Hall Effect circuitry to monitor the exact rotational timing of the camshaft. Developed for the collaborative PSA Prince engine program and used extensively across BMW's turbo architectures, it supplies real-time timing metrics to the ECU. This manages variable valve lift (Valvetronic) and dual-VVT (VANOS) setups, fixing hard starts, sudden power loss, limp mode triggers, or jerky acceleration.
