Description

This direct-replacement universal-fit external in-line electric fuel pump is engineered to original equipment specifications to maintain precise, steady fuel system delivery pressure in multi-point electronic fuel injection (EFI) engines. Built with high-precision internal rollers, fuel-cooled armature windings, and a integrated check valve to hold residual line pressure, this 3-bar (43.5 PSI) unit prevents vapor lock and ensures rapid engine cranking. Replacing a worn, noisy, or failing external fuel pump restores proper engine fuel delivery, resolving lean air-fuel mixture misfires, engine hesitation under load, extended engine cranking, high-speed fuel starvation, and total engine failure.

Application Note: Specifically engineered for multi-point electronic fuel injection (EFI) system vehicles requiring an external inline high-pressure (3 Bar / 43.5 PSI) fuel pump setup. Important Fitment Note: Clean or replace the inline fuel strainer/pre-filter and main fuel filter prior to installing the new pump to prevent fuel tank rust particles or debris from seizing the internal pump rollers. Verify fuel flow direction arrows stamped on the pump housing during installation. Ensure electrical positive (+) and negative (-) eyelet terminals are correctly connected and insulated to prevent polarity reversal or short circuits. Do not run the fuel pump dry during testing.
