Shipping Info

We deliver motor spares across South Africa directly to your doorstep. Below you will find our updated provincial shipping rates, delivery timelines, and order policies.

Shipping charges are applied per order based on your delivery province:

Local Collection: Free collection is available at our Booysens, Johannesburg South location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

Order Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for our warehouse team to pick, pack, and prepare your order for dispatch (Monday to Friday).

Courier Shipping Time: Once dispatched, courier delivery takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Parcel Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and courier link will be emailed / whatsapped to you so you can monitor your parcel's progress in real-time.

Standard shipping rates apply to regular auto parts and packages. For extra large or high-weight components (such as engines, complete suspension packages, or major body panels), additional freight charges may apply. Our team will contact you prior to dispatch if extra courier fees are required.

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos of the box/parts.
